Lower back pain
Adam completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation in 2019 at University of Canberra with a strong interest in strength & Conditioning and youth athletic development. Adam has lived and grown up in Canberra and understands how much of a community feel this town has to it and tries to replicate that same environment with his patients. Adam strives to educate his patients on how exercise can help them, so they feel empowered to manage their conditions long term with exercise.
Adam has played Rugby Union since the age of 7 plus whichever other sports he can fit in his downtime. More recently Adam has been more involved in the coaching and performance side of sports as the head S&C for Gungahlin Eagles Rugby Club, assisting with local clubs such as Magpies Juniors through athletic development programs. (maybe might put something here about brumbies if I get the role in the coming week?) Adam is passionate about sport and fitness of all types and helping people get the most out of themselves to then perform at the highest level possible. Adam has a strong passion for athletic development, tendinopathies and lower limb rehabilitation with a focus on laying the foundation for future training with quality movement.
Outside of sport and exercise, Adam has a strong interest in travelling, experiencing different environments and cultures. Adam spends most of his down time with his wife and 2 Pugs Charlie and Hugo whether that be a walk or watching a movie on the couch. Adam also has an interest in video film making which he uses this to document all his travels and experiences in addition to some content you will see on our social media platforms!
Adam is currently available for either Strength and Conditioning or Exercise Physiology sessions in both Kippax and Deakin.
